雲端環境中結合社群網路之高效率情境感知空間資料探勘技術與應用

本研究橫跨空間資料、情境感知、社群網路與雲端運算四大資料探勘技術，緣起於本人原本之研究主題為資料探勘領域，但隨著智慧型行動裝置的情境感知能力提升與社群媒體的興起，本研究探勘過程中所面對的資料量、即時性與多樣性不斷提升，故敝人結合雲端運算與平行化概念設計高效率資料探勘演算法以期改善效能，於下依序簡述本研究之相關方法與成果。

1. 興趣點探勘與推薦技術（POI Mining and Recommendation Techniques）

當人們來到一個陌生的地方時，周遭景點的快速了解是一個重要的議題，我們針對興趣點（Point-Of-Interest，POI）推薦問題發展數種新的資料探勘技術，包含參考使用者的位置、時間、喜好與過去的打卡資料分析使用者會感興趣的POI，並推薦給使用者，使用者除了可以得到個人化的推薦外，更可以快速了解周遭的POI分布狀況，具有極高之應用價值。相關研究已投稿或發表於國際知名期刊（含1篇ACM TIST頂級期刊論文）及重要國際會議。
 

2. 智慧型運輸系統（Intelligent Transportation Systems）

在全球衛星定位系統蓬勃發展之後，導航路徑規劃已經成為日常生活中一種不可或缺的需求。本研究發展多種創新的導航路徑規劃技術：（1）最快路徑規劃技術，透過分析使用者的移動軌跡，挖掘與預測交通狀況的趨勢，使規劃出來的路徑能更為順暢；（2）多個目的地的路徑規劃，允許使用者輸入多個目的地，高效率地進行最佳排列與最快路徑之計算；（3）多需求路徑規劃，允許使用者輸入多個需求，自動搜尋附近能夠處理這些需求的目的地，進行路徑規劃。本研究已發表數篇論文於知名期刊與國際會議。
 

3. 移動行為探勘方法（Mobile Behavior Mining Techniques）

本研究提出一種創新的技術應用於行動商務之探索與預測，透過行動商務資料分析使用族群與時間區段，有效地挖掘使用者的行動樣式與商務行為並且準確地預測使用者接下來所需要的行動商務。然而當沒有足夠的知識時，此機制將無從預測，在實際應用上，產生嚴重的缺陷。為了解決這個問題，本技術持續延伸且改進，透過行動商務的相似度推論，使本技術能夠無時無刻執行預測的功能。此議題在國內外，我們的研究結果為該領域的代表。本研究已發表數篇論文於知名期刊（含2篇IEEE TKDE頂級期刊論文）與國際會議。
 

4. 適地性社群網路探勘技術（Location-Based Social Network Mining Techniques）

當虛擬的社群媒體與現實生活中的位置橋接在一起時，透過適地性社群網路進行資料探勘之研究越來越受到重視。我們已發展數種新式適地性社群網路探勘技術，包含利用使用者移動軌跡與行為分析使用者間相似度之新穎方法及可探勘出行動社群網路關係等方法，除可找出目前其他既有方法無法發現之樣式，並應用於朋友推薦上。相關研究已投稿或發表於多個重要國際會議。
 

5. 雲端旅遊規劃（Cloud-based Trip Planning）

旅遊已經是現代人紓解壓力的方法之一，在旅程的出發之前，我們可能會請旅行業者協助規劃行程，但行程不見得適合每一個人，我們當然也可以利用網路搜尋到的資料進行修改或重新規劃，但需要大量的時間進行資料的收集。有鑒於此，我們提出了多種混合式資料探勘方法來規劃旅遊行程，並且參考國人旅遊習慣，發展旅遊資料模擬器，以提升旅遊相關研究的便利性。然而，當目的地的旅遊景點很多的時候，規劃所需的執行時間是成指數成長，我們除了發展高效率規劃演算法之外，也藉由雲端運算的平行化技術，有效地減少規劃時所需的時間。相關研究已發表於數個重要國際會議。
